Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for products that meet the following requirements:

Fabric is unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in original condition.

Product has not been altered, cut, or damaged after delivery.

Original packaging and tags (if applicable) are included.

Return or exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please provide your order number and clearly mention the reason for the return or exchange request.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered.

Customized or special-order products.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Clearance or sale items unless received defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
